Make Up Policy

Ravinia Reading Center’s attendance policy offers you the flexibility of canceling a regularly-scheduled appointment and use someone else’s canceled appointment to make up your time.

We do not adjust the tuition due to client cancellations. However, you may make up missed lessons if you cancel 48-hours in advance (using the honor system, we have flexibility for absences due to illness or emergency).

To schedule a make-up time, keep an eye on our available times below. See a time you like? Email us at makeups@raviniareadingcenter.com and wait for confirmation. The list of available make-up times is updated frequently, so check in as often as you like.
